Economist, author, professor, and consultant. Books have been published in Paris ( Presses Universitaires de France and Belles Lettres) and Montréal (Varia), and translated in foreign languages. Frequent contributor to the National Post and other newspapers in the world. Professeur associé in the Department of Management Sciences, Université du Québec en Outaouais (Canada), codirector of the GREL (Groupe de Recherche Économie et Liberté), Research Fellow at the Independent Institute, and member of the Scientific Board of the Turgot Insitute (Paris).
